Restaino & Associates is holding our second annual Blitz on Tuesday February 7, 2012 held at the Holiday Inn Express. The Blitz is intended to inform our Realtors with new ideas on how to improve real estate sales and marketing skills. Restaino & Associates has put together our second Blitz because we realize the current real estate market has impacted not only our business, but each and every one of our sellers and buyers. We have the ability to help find new ways to accomplish all of our goals.
Each of our Realtors will attend four different modules including the following: Digital Signatures-Moving into the Future, Personalizing Open Houses with Stellar Marketing Capabilities, Lending and Appraisals, Mastering Inspections-Mold/Radon/Well, Short Sales and Foreclosures, Social Media and Internet Marketing, Procuring Causes, and the Power of Focus and Execution.
We are part of our OWN Community here at Restaino & Associates, and a community that is about more than ONLY real estate. The art and practice of selling real estate is the ability to watch and learn from other Realtors and to learn from their mistakes, and learn from their amazing successes. We want each of our Realtors to absorb that knowledge, and implement those tactics. Our Realtors need to learn a foolproof way to close deal after deal, where failure is not an option, and we think the Blitz is the perfect answer to train our brains to automatically lead us down the right path.
Restaino & Associates feels strongly about the importance of this event for the continued success in the Real Estate industry. The Blitz will be a memorable, exciting, and most educational fun event.
